Terms and conditions for Beginners Burlesque, Advanced Burlesque, Workshops and Drop-ins.

Application Process, Payment and Fees
  1. Payments are only accepted online or via the telephone. Please get in touch with Luscious Cabaret to pay via any other method at the teacher and businesses discretion. 
  2. Full payment of fees must be made at the time of enrolments if paying via instalments payments must be made before the start date of the first class and cannot be made retrospectively.
  3. Luscious Cabaret will not reserve spaces on any course pending receipt of payment.
  4. If you are buying a course as a gift please notify us with the attendees, name & contact details. 
Cancellation of Courses and Changes to Courses, by Luscious Cabaret
  1. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses. Reasons for this may be, but not restricted to, low enrolment numbers, weather warnings and teacher availability.
  2. Publicised course teachers (web and print form) may be subject to change due to teacher unavailability. Where there is a change in teacher, Luscious Cabaret will endeavour to give as much notice as possible in advance of individual classes or the course start date.
  3. We may be required to cancel an individual class at short notice. Reasons for this may be, but not limited to, teacher absence, weather warnings, or unforeseen building/facility issues. Wherever possible we will endeavour to offer a replacement class at the end of the course on the usual class day and time.
Cancellations and Refunds – Student Cancellations 
  1. Once you have made payment to Luscious Cabaret, you are deemed to have a contract with Luscious Cabaret. You have the right to cancel this contract with us. The cancellation period will expire at the end of 14 days before the course start date.
  2. In the event that you wish to cancel or amend your course place, please see below for an overview of our policy:

We will refund all fees paid by you.

After the course start date 
No refund will be made for any fees paid by you. It will not be possible to transfer to another course date.
You will lose your right to cancel if you have attended and completed the course
Please note the below exceptional circumstances, where any requests for a refund outside the 14 day cancellation period will be considered on a case-by-case basis: 
  1. You can demonstrate extenuating personal circumstances which prohibit you from attending (for example, serious illness and bereavement.) Please note that supporting evidence may be requested.
  2. Students should be aware that outside the 14 day cancellation period, there is no automatic right to cancel and obtain a refund.
  3. Please note you must inform us of your decision to cancel in a clear statement by sending an email to info@lusciouscabaret.com
 
Cancellations and Refunds – Cancellation by Us
  1. We may cancel your course place if we fail to recruit our minimum level of enrolments or if circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from delivering it.
  2. At the time of course cancellation, we will offer you an alternative course (subject to their being places available) or refund in full the fees paid by you.
  3. Following the cancellation of individual classes, if we are unable to provide a replacement class or you are unable to attend a replacement class, we will provide a refund at the end of the course equivalent to the value of the lost class, based on the course fee you have paid.

We will endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please be aware that due to factors out with Luscious Cabaret’s control, it may take up to 3 weeks.

  1. Payments are only accepted online via PayPal or via bank transfer. Please get in touch with Luscious Cabaret to pay via any other method at the teacher and businesses discretion. 
  2. Full payment of fees must be made at the time of purchase
Cancellation of discounts or change in luscious membership terms by Luscious Cabaret
  1. We reserve the right to change or cancel discounted services, products or tickets
  2. Publicised discounts (web and print form) may be subject to change due to unavailability or change in circumstances. Where there is a change in, Luscious Cabaret will endeavour to give as much notice as possible.
Cancellations and Refunds 
  1. We do not accept refunds or exchanges, this is at luscious cabarets discretion.
  2. Once a luscious membership is paid for you must give us 1-month notice to prevent the payment rolling over into the next year

Terms and conditions for Gift Vouchers

VOUCHER DURATION. VOUCHERS ARE VALID FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. THEY CANNOT BE REDEEMED AFTER THE EXPIRY DATE.
USE OF MULTIPLE VOUCHERS. ONLY ONE GIFT VOUCHER CAN BE USED PER BOOKING.
USE OF PROMOTIONAL CODES & MEMBER DISCOUNTS. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND LUSCIOUS MEMBER DISCOUNTS CANNOT BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH GIFT VOUCHERS.
VOUCHER REDEMPTION. SERVICES MUST BE PRE-BOOKED. VOUCHERS CAN BE REDEEMED BY PHONE OR EMAIL. THERE IS NO OPTION FOR ONLINE REDEMPTION.
REFUNDS. VOUCHERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OTHER THAN WITHIN THE 14 DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD AS PER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS (INFORMATION, CANCELLATION AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES) REGULATIONS 2013. NO CHANGE OR CREDIT IS GIVEN IN THE EVENT THAT THE VOUCHER VALUE EXCEEDS THE TOTAL COST OF THE COURSE – FOR EXAMPLE WHERE A £100 VOUCHER IS USED TO PURCHASE A £95 COURSE.
COURSE AVAILABILITY. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT SPACES WILL BE AVAILABLE ON COURSES. SPACES ARE ONLY SECURED ONCE A COURSE HAS BEEN BOOKED, SO IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU BOOK AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
TRANSFER. VOUCHERS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR CASH.
CANCELLATION. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT A COURSE NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED BY US, A NEW GIFT VOUCHER SHALL BE ISSUED AND SHALL BE VALID FOR A FURTHER 12 MONTHS. IN THE EVENT THAT A COURSE IS CANCELLED BY A VOUCHER HOLDER, NO REFUND SHALL BE GIVEN.
