Introducing Luscious HQ, our brand new Burlesque Studio Space
Welcome to Luscious HQ! All Luscious Classes, Courses, Drop-Ins, and Crafternoons will take place here. You can also hire our studio for your dance, burlesque, comedy, cabaret act or one person show rehearsals! Located in the fabulous Old Paradise Yard just a stones throw from the London Eye we are centrally located with great transport links.
Studio Hire
You can hire Luscious HQ for just £15 per hour! Whether you are rehearsing or recording our little space is versatile. Room dims are approx 2.3 meters wide and 6m length and plenty of height if you are rehearsing with feather fans!
We have a fantastic sound system, 3 x mirrors and fabulous natural light. We have 8 x chairs and table available -perfect for script read throughs. And a mirrorball because why not? Plus it cheers us up on a grey day!
We are open Monday – Saturday from 10am – 8pm.
Studio Hire Rates
Per Hour – £15 (£10 per hour if you are a Luscious Member)
Half Day – £50 (4 hours)
Full Day – £80 (8 hours)

Address: Old Paradise Yard. The Pink Studio, 20 Carlisle Lane, London SE1 7LG
The driveway to Old Paradise yard is situated between Oasis Farm and the NHS car park for St Thomas’ hospital. Look out for the Old Paradise Yard sign and the IKLECTIK Waterloo Creative Sign. Please note depending on the direction you head to Old Paradise yard google directs you through the farm. It’s not possible to walk through the farm. You can only access the yard via the driveway on Carlisle Lane.
When in the courtyard head toward the Act In unit straight ahead (with the orange doors). The pink door to the studio is on the left of the Act In unit at the end of the main building.
